Recognizing the desires of educators who demonstrate a genuine dedication to the teaching and who set his/her heart to instruct students, The LeoLab has been developed to assist educators in understanding how to evaluate text structure for reading and writing. We are an elite “think tank” for the purpose of, testing teaching strategies, analyzing validity for grading literary works of students as they perform in the classroom.
The creator, Schandra Rodriguez-Conti, PhD. started as a writer/teacher and self-published her first book of short stories over 30 years ago and shortly after created the Textarchial Strategy. Dr. Rodriguez-Conti has dedicated the last 37 years to education. Her current academic focus is directed toward publishing and working with educators to assist in their understanding of the Textarchial Strategies.
Dr. Rodriguez-Conti attributes her success and creativity to her father, “Leo for whom she has developed her company, the LeoLab, LLC., The Learning Educational Objective Laboratories.
